Our enthusiastic sales team is here to make the process easy and help you work out your needs specifications. Please contact us to discuss your options and you will provided with a FREE no-obligation quote and complimentary mock-up and the sample bag made for checking

When you tell us your needs about the bag size,bag color, bag color and the bag design, our team will make a mock-up for your checking first. Once the mock-up is approved by you, we will start to make the production sample bags ,Our design team details the photo proofs, checking for any errors and than show you the clear photos and video to check for final approval. Than we will start to make production bags for you and send out in earlier time.

The moq for our reusable bag depends on your material, colors and artwork . In general, orders start at 500piezas, but in certain circumstances, we can do smaller runs to meet your demand. Please contact us for more details.

Yes, of course! This is what we always do and makes the perfect bags to meet our clients’ demand – EVERYTHING is customizable, from design, material, the artwork, size, color, special added features (such as pockets and zippers, handle sizes, inserts) and much more.

Sales Questions

We offer many different ways imprint types for our reusable bags

Simple logo can be made by silk screen printing,

Full color logo like CMYK can be made by offset printing, heat transfer printing,Dye Sublimation, digital printing,gravure. embroidery and so on.

We always provides email proofs for approval prior to printing your order. The only exception to that is when timing does not allow for proofing. If that is the case on your order, we will notify you.

T/T (bank transfer), Paypal, Credit Card, or trade assurance support or other terms of payment is negotiable

You can request a quote, and a dedicated account manager will email pricing based on quantity, number of colors in your artwork, and where you want to print your artwork. This person will be your primary point of contact (now and in the future when you want to order another item), and you can ask questions, get pricing on other items, and send artwork to your account manager. When you decide on an item, your account manager will walk you through the order process:

First, we make sure we have all of your order details. You know, the boring stuff like billing information, shipping information, when you need the bags, etc…just to make sure we are on the same page with every single detail.

After you make initial contact via email or phone, we discuss your project in broad strokes. Bag artwork, either provided by you or created by our design department, is transferred onto a 3-Dimensional mock-up. Once the overall bag design is approved by you, complete specifications are sent to our factory, where your bag is printed, sewn and photographs taken of the prototype. Our design team details the photo proofs, checking for any errors, and then you are sent the photos for final approval. After the go-ahead, the factory starts mass production. Your order is then shipped and delivered safely to your door.

In order of preference: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, EPS, PDF, JPEG (300 DPI at 100% scale). Fonts must be converted to curves or send packaged files containing the font files.

Yes! Many clients have specific Pantone colors embedded with their logo. When our factory prints your artwork they will send out photos with corresponding Pantone swatches to show the match. This ensures color accuracy, as computer monitors tend to not display colors accurately.

After Purchase Questions

Packages are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex or by sea or by train service unless otherwise noted. In the unlikely event that your shipment is delayed, we will work diligently on your behalf to resolve it. However, Eminent Packing cannot be held responsible for UPS/Fed Ex / sea/ train shipping delays. If insurance, delivery/signature confirmation or guaranteed transit time is required, please notify us before an order is placed.

Getting Started Questions

Yes! We can add a hangtag in your specified size, printed in full color or one color. Our graphic design department can design your tag with UPC codes, QR codes, your logo, website and more.

Yes! We offer many valuable features to make the bag perfect and to our custom reusable bags.

Yes, we support the rush order within 24 hours sample bag finished and send you to check and finish the bags within 7days and send out in earlier time.

Several of the reusable bags are available for rush orders. Please email us by sales@wonderbags.net for fastest service.

An industry standard reusable bag typically will only last 2 years. This is where we make difference comes in – our bags last 5+ years! Not only do they last, but they will still look great! The printed artwork is unspoiled, seams are holding together and the fabric remains completely intact.
