These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed through the web site of https://www.eminentpacking.com. In these terms and conditions the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eminent Packing Co., Ltd. and the words “you” and “your” refer to the person placing the relevant order.
Shipping & Delivery
When will you ship my order?
We understand you need to receive your brand reusable bags order as soon as possible for your promotional event or individual use, and we work hard to make this happen.
Stock bags:
we will supply you within 48 hours and send out as soon as possible.
Customization orders :
Normally we will send the bags to make shipment around 7-15 working days after we got your approval of custom mock-up. But sometimes may take a few days longer because of the large order or material dying or a peak season.
If a problem occurs that causes issues and delays for shipping your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
When will I receive my order?
We work with our shipping agents over 10 years , so use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
For the arriving date is depend on sea shipment, by train, by air or by express, or let us help you make the door to door shipment by DDP. We all can help you done all of them, so you only wait to receive the goods in time.
How can I track my shipment?
We will send you the shipment information and also the tracking number to let you can check and know where the goods now. We will let you know that your order is; In transit, Out for delivery, Custom Clearance , Delivered, Failed delivery attempt or Exceptions.
What are your shipping rates?
We don’t just offer quality reusable bags for cheap wholesale prices, we offer great shipping rates as well.
All international shipments may have the extra duty, tax, brokerage fees or other custom fees. Customers are responsible for any of these fees
Courier lost my package! What should i do?
We are very sorry to hear that your shipment may have experienced an issue on couriers end! We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping courier, such as delayed items or lost packages.
We can still help you! Please contact us immediately so that we may file a claim with our courier to locate your shipment. Please be advised that our claims policy has a 3 business day window from the date of delivery for acceptance. Depending on the outcome once the claim has been closed, we will go ahead and either issue a refund for the original order or we will have the courier ensure that your package is delivered.
